This Coaching Programs include the following elements:

Initial consultation: This may be a complimentary session or an initial paid session that allows you and your coach to get to know each other, discuss your goals and expectations, and assess whether coaching is the right fit for you.

Regular coaching sessions: These are typically scheduled weekly and last for 60 minutes. During these sessions, we will discuss progress, set goals, develop a plan of action, and address any challenges or setbacks.

Inner self-discovery: I will take you on an inner journey to discover what your blocks and limitations are. We’ll dive deep to understand how to formulate a plan of action aligned with your unique needs and goals.

Homework assignments: You will have assignments or exercises to complete between sessions to help you practice new skills, implement your action plan, and progress towards your goals.

Co-create clear & defined visions: We will work together to co-create a clear and defined vision of what you want your life and business to look and feel like. I will show you how to embody the qualities needed to step into this higher version of yourself.

Tools and resources: I will provide you with all the tools necessary to help you remove every obstacle blocking you from hitting your goals. I will help you understand what it takes to build the mindset and belief system of a high achiever.
